Need to
fill vacancy. Uniforms:
completing inventory this week between 5-6:15p. Anyone available to
assist would be appreciated. Entertainment
Books: students were given an
order sheet and book today at music camp.
Students will take orders, bring in money to get books. Student
Accoutnts: $2,000 outstanding fees. Will
distribute letter to students. Discussed
how to handle this. Ice
Cream Social: Is on Tuesday, August 19,
2003 at 6pm. Need helpers
starting at 5:15pm for setting up. Notices
will be put in newspaper. Birdies
for Charity: Forms are available for
students to take. Need 3
adult volunteers to work at the Golf Tournment on Sunday, September 14
from 8-12 to work at Birdie for Charity table.
Proceeds from this sell will go to the general fund.

Business: Discussed putting minutes, schedules on a link from the Vocal Music

Recommendation:
Unless
student has outstanding fees paid, they will not be permitted to go on
trip to Florida. And
students will not be permitted to go on trip unless all of trip fees are
paid. If available, let Julie Gill know. Web

Donations: discussed looking into program for getting donations that would be tax
deductible. The program would
have different levels for contributions that provide incentive for
individuals to contribute. Would
like to distribute information at the Ice Cream Social:

Trip:
2 bids were received and
reviewed. Decision was made
to accept bid from TriState. Cost
will be $575 and will include 3 days at Disney World and 1 day at Univeral
Studio. Will leave on Sat and
return home on Thurs of spring break. Camp: band camp is going very
well. Will be interviewing
individual to replace Mr. Benhardt, who took a position in Chicago area. |
