Birdies for Charites

Need to have slips turned in by June 30.

Kathy to drop off additional slips in Mr. McCartney’s mail box to be included in newsletter.

Fruit Sale

Mrs. Bernet has volunteered to coordinate the Fruit Sale next year.

Flags

New coach has started.  Discussed money.  Generally, stated that if girls wanted additional money they should raise look into fund raising opportuinities.  Will look at overall books to see if there are funds available that could be provided to flag group.

Chaperones

Will need chaperones for bus trips next year (3 people per bus. 2 buses).

Recommend putting a sign up sheet at the ice cream social.

Marching Band camp and Jazz camp

Will be Aug 2-6 and 9-13 from 1-6pm.  Would like to have parents there during the break providing snacks.

Jazz Camp is Aug 16-20 from 1-4pm

Will discuss at Aug meeting.

Money Making Opportunity

Suan Richardson from Century Resources Fund Raising Co provided information regarding fund raising opportunities through this company.  Profit is 40%. Can schedule around time that the fruit sale is conducted.

Misc

Discussed calling parents of 8^th grade students inviting them to Aug mtg.

Isabel Bloom Wildcat:  have 8 left.  Discussed including them in Note Club.

Will call the last week of July.
