       Booster Meetings:

       Fundraisers:

               Bake Sale-Saturday, May 22 from 9am to 1pm at the Wal-Mart on Elmore.  Need students to participate at the sale in addition to bake goods.

 Concerts:

        State Solo & Ensemble Contest, Saturday, April 17

        Wood/North Jazz Concert- Monday, April 26

         Spring Vocal/Instrumental Concert- Tuesday, May 6

          State Large Group Contest:  Saturday, May 8

         Awards Banquet-Tuesday, May 25

         Graduation (Orchestra)-Sunday, June 6 (Mark of QC)

Florida Trip:

Required Trip Meeting:  March 16 –one parent and student need to attend (discuss student discipline, itinerary, answer final questions)

Turning in rooming list and participant list.  Band will perform at 10am.  Orchestra time unknown at this time.  Band will be taking Marching Uniforms and Orchestra will be taking Concert Uniforms.

Kathy Johnson volunteered for Birdies.  Julie Gill to contact Kathy once she receives letter from Birdies re: when packet pick-up is.

Misc

Mr. Henry and Mr McCartney served 2 dinners that were sold at the Silent Auction.  Very successful.  Raised additional $100 for the dept.

Concert very successful.  Did review that charging for concerts will start next year.  Details to be worked out. 

Solo Fest concessions went well.  $846 was made.  Plans underway for enhancements for next year.
