Treasurer:   Need to work out some details, then will  have someone to fill this vacancy.

Uniforms: Distribution went well with a few changes following the first night.  Most students were able to obtain uniforms during these evenings.  If not, student will have to make arrangements with Marty Schlue to get uniform.

Entertainment Books:  Have completed the selling period of the books.  Still have a few books available for students if they have not turned in forms.

Student Accounts:  Many students paid money on unpaid balance during the uniform handout.  Will be completing audit of handouts in the near future.

Ice Cream Social: Went very well. Discussion regarding including Wood Jr. High band next year.

Birdies for Charity:  Turn in time is over.  Need 3 adult volunteers to work at the Golf Tournament on Sunday, September 14 from 8-12 to work at Birdie for Charity table.  Proceeds from this sell will go to the general fund.

Mark Fundraiser: no report available.

Other Business: Discussed other Fund-raising options: a. Crispy Crème cards., b. Silent Auction: coming up Nov 7 during intermission of school play Annie.  Student can sign up for business they will go to to try and obtain donation for Silent Auction.  The student receives 100% of the money raised for the products they bring in.  Also new this year will be evening gown sale.
