Committees:

Fund Raising:  The John O’Donnell concessions will be handled differently this summer according to the stadium supervisor.  We will be in need of more workers and will plan on working the grill stand and the pizza stand.  April 29th, 2004 is opening day and we will need a count of people that will be interested in doing this fundraiser.  It was noted that students need to be at least 15 years of age.  It was also suggested that a “sub” list be created in the event there is a shortage of workers for that night.

Partytime orders will be arriving on Friday, November 7th and we will need as many volunteers as possible at 12:30 p.m. to help unload the truck and separate the orders.

Scratch books and Entertainment books should all be turned in ASAP.

Silent Auction:  We will need as many volunteers as possible on Friday, November 7th to help set up and watch the tables with over 800 items.  The Band will have concessions in the cafeteria Friday night.  Final bids will be around 9:30 p.m.  Spread the word as we need many  bidders for 800 items.

Concessions:   Vocal music will have concessions on Saturday night and we will need volunteers and baked goods donated.

Newsletter:   A letter will be sent out before the winter concert.
